New Year's Resolution for Sellers
Start the New Year by pricing your home right! Your Realtor is not trying to get a fast commission when they reccommend a price. They are trying to HELP you achieve your goal of selling your home so you can move on with your life. The longer your home sits on the market the LESS you will get for it. Homes priced right at the start, sell quickly and close to, if not at the asking price. The longer you wait for a buyer the less money you will get. It is a fact!
